I haven't got the F2 installed yet but so far I like the quality. I originally got a the biggest jack from Bass Pro Shop because I was told that I would have to cut and weld my trailer which I didn't want to do. I didn't really like the look and luckily it didn't fit well so I took it back. I ended up only paying about $15 more for the F2, minus the adapter, but IMO it is a lot better.

IMO, the secretiveness of the pricing of new boats carries over to the cost of used boats. When I was searching for my boat I would find boats that where basically identical but would vary in cost about $12,000. If I paid more than someone else, for what ever reason, ie region, I would hope that when I go to sale it that I didn't lose that amount. But it also makes it tough to justify selling prices, when you see identical boats for a significant amount less. This doesn't even take into consideration the cost of add ons / accessories. This makes it hard for both buyers and sellers.

Had a little time on my hands.

So do the dealers get mad with us sharing information?

Isn't that counterproductive to your workout?
