I took my racks off the tower for the drive up here and the aluminum threads were stripped in the main tower bolts

That's what I told my dealer to get from Tige, the bolt-thru thingamajig.

Actually, you had it correct. Bolt through is the proper way to write it.

The speakers were the main thing. Other stuff on the list: annual service, winterize, have the gaping holes snugged up in the cover around teh tower legs, replace the trailer harness plug, install the board rack fix to keep the bolts from backing out, replace the rear seat skin (if Tige ever gets around to fabricating it). And maybe one or two other minor things.

I'm having the same issue with Tige and a vinyl cushion. OMG, how long does it take to stitch a 24X18X4 inch vinyl section? It's my cushion above the built in ice chest.
