Uh, no, exercise at a moderate level every day, and use more calories than you take in.

P90X is a band-aid that will leave you out of breath, in pain, and fat again as soon as you complete it and give up on it.

My first sentence is, with practice, a much easier program to stick with...

Snow is on the way to Denver finally post. We are supposed to get 5"-10"!!!

Oh man! The snow started up already but the bad news is that it is sticking to the streets quickly.

It's GREAT news! Our normal snowfall to this point is 25", we've had 1.5" so about 24" below normal. The mountains have been getting dumped on but down here on the front range (Denver) it has been bone dry, had to water the trees and stuff because we haven't had moisture.

For people like us it is good news. To people who don't enjoy winter snow sports it's bad news. I was suprised here yesterday because there were so many accidents. I would have thought the folks around here would be used to the snow. When I lived in North Dakota everyone slowed down and there were very fee winter accidents, well, I guess there were not any hills in ND,
