About to take my WA boating license test. I took the practice test cold and got an 84. I missed a couple questions about PWCs and sailbotes, I don't have a jetski or a sailbote and this thread did not educate me on PWc's at all, so I don't freaking care about that stuff, as long as the sailbote knows he is the stand on vessel most of the time and when vessels cross paths the vessel on the right (starboard) has the right of way and it's red right returning, I should be good to go.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.

The biggest thing to remember about blow-boats is that they have right of way when under sail. I still spell sailboat-sailbote from years or reading Brock Yates in boating magazine. I actually used to hate sailboats like hummer drivers hate prius drivers, until I tried a Hobby-cat on my honeymoon.
