        So right now in the oven, I have 3 bleu cheese baguettes baking.... These things are beautiful... I will go take my phone / modem and take a pic real quick....

          Two pics.

          One of the two onion-crusted Jewish Rye Boule's I made yesterday. Then the pic in the oven is the bleu cheese baguetttes.... I just got the egg white glaze wash brushed on...
