Yes, the 5 chnl will be perfect for the 2 pair of mids and a sub. What sub did you get?
Next would be a 4 chnl and a mono chnl sub amp, but IMO, a single chassis 5-chnl is just so easy to install.
Reason you couldn't use a full-range 4 chnl to drive everything, is because you are mixing 4x6 and 6x9's. IMO, you will make the most out them by being able to cross them over at a different setting. The 6x9's will take a bit more bass then the 4x6's.
