Man, all this talk about shop heat is really making me miss my 77 degrees days down here, and I haven't even left Texas yet.

I just dug out my winter coats and boots and gloves and stuff for the drive up. At least I'm well equipped, and at least it won't be as cold as north Dakota

Woo hoo!

I was goofing off last night in the shop.. I tossed the key into the ignition for the sailboat and craked it, just to hear it crank. The darned motor fired up and ran! IT sound REAL good....

I had this gut feeling the motor would take a lot of work. All I think I need is a pump impeller, and a new thermostat.... OH, I think I am going to re-plum the fuel system with new alcohol resistant hose so I don't get gummy black stuff clogging up the carb too...

I still have to set a tank and run my plumbing, but hopefully in a couple of weeks I will be heated in the shop...
