25 pages of PW reading to catch up on tonight.

        I've been gone too long.

We got about 6-7" of snow on Saturday. That wet heavy stuff. I'm glad I was up north hunting.

If you move them to the right, you won't be able to twist around and get a fresh roll of TP out of the drawer while sitting on the head.

Ragboy has been quiet for a while, I haven't looked but are the centurion guys on WW still giving him the business? Isn't it weird how they are lurking and posting on this forum? Only when it comes to boat buying advice, and they only point out the tiges with less options than the centurions. I know there are lots of guys with other boats who do provide honest feedback on their current brands and compare/contrast with tiges but the centurion guys are starting to bug me, I might have to kick it up a notch on the next boat wars.

                              3 cups all purpose flour
                              1 table spoon yeast
                              3/4 tablespoon sea salt
                              2 tablespoons dried minced onion
14 dried jalapenos, chopped, (food processor or one of those "slap-chop" thingies)

Mix ingrediends, knead in mixer, (darn a bread hook in a mixer is SO nice!)

Lay it out in 4 equal piles, on parchment paper on cookie sheets. Lightly dust with flour to keep crust moist.

Let rise, roughly an hour in a warm place, (Dingle, careful) til doubled. There will be cracks in the top that look a lot like snicckerdoodle cookies.

Preheat oven to 500, and have a cookie sheet in the lowe rrack. When ready, put the bread dough in the oven, middle rack and throw a couple of cups of water in the botom cookie sheet. You want the steam to help with your crust.

Bake 20 minutes or so until reddish-golden. Remove to a cooling raack and let sit 15 minutes or so to cool.
