oh - maybe down to 30 degrees or so for a few hours a year

I always have the annual maintenance done at the end of the year. While they are doing that, I just have it winterized to have peace of mind in case a cold snap happens. I have used the shop light in the engine bay once, when it got freezing before I had it into the shop.

I was in the lower 30's here this morning, but climbing into the upper 60's and 0 wind. Life is Good!!!

My wife will be able to fit back into her wetsuite by spring for the early WA season. I'm going to miss the year round boating here, but there will be snowboarding!

The day my son was born I got a call to ask if someone could view the house. We left in a bit of a hurry at 0330 that morning so it wasn't in show condition, that's where good neighbors come in, she helped out big time but no one made an offer on the house yet, we may end up having to rent it out, I've had lots ask if we are willing to rent.

Renting is the new buying.

There a quite a few homes in our neighborhood that are for sale and have been for quite awhile. If one comes up for rent, it's spoken for with in a month.

Dang, ive been up here at the shop for only about 2 hrs. Got the radio on and this station is already recycling their morning play list

Bad part is...........it's the only one that comes in decent, till i get a powered antenna.
