I think I am buying another sailboat soon. I am going to be taking lots of parts off her, selling the trailer and cutting her up. she is pretty gone. There is about 1500 lbs of lead, I think, (if not cast iron) in the keel. Anyone need any ballast? Zad?

Those are sweet! I tied a 30' rope from the anchor to a buoy and then a 10' rope from the bouy that hooks on the front of the boat.

Works well unless you are deeper than 25'
