I guess what I really should do is break down and pay the $200 fee for the Dish Network VIP922 receiver and then get TV streamed over the internet and on my iphone. The Dish on Demand is like $6.99 per movie, but they actually have pretty late movies...
I hate going to the theatre and DoD is better than the movie rental store...Waiting for another good one!

I have directv and like it. It was the only place to get speed HD a few years ago and they are better to deal with than the cable company. I'm going to get 2 HD DVRs in my new house and have it set up so you can watch any of the recorded shows on any of the TVs in the house. It's very much like the AT&T uverse system, it should be cool.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.

To think 4 years ago I had a 27" tube tv in my living room and no DVR. Then I got TiVo, loved it, had a kid and got the plasma to watch movies, then got directv which had he most HD channels. Now i don't know how i lived without it.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.

Dish Network has the VIP922 that does similar to DirectTV plus streams to the iPhone as well, but I have to spend $200 for the receiver.
Looking into AT&T U-Verse now, not sure what they offer.Waiting for another good one!

I think the residential is 15 mb download speed for 50-60 bucks but 50 mb is almost 100 bucks. Fios can get 100 mb down i think and it has the potential for much more. I just hate comcast for the 250g per month cap.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.
