I dunno how driving up a steep hill with the plug out can still leave a sizeable amount of water in the hull? Of course, I have no idea what quantity of water was left and he was concerned about. Heck, he might have broken out the shop vac for a few mL's.

Here in the land of 120 degree summer temps with 10% humidity, anything leftover just evaporates in hours anyway, so maybe I'm spoiled.
