The display IS the crate! The two short crates shown are the greeting counter and the display base. The tall crate holds the surfboards, and it hides behind the water side of the backdrop. Adam, see the two short crates? The counter top and the skirt comes form inside of them. It totally takes a shipping crate and turns it into finished display items, super quick and easy...It's not an optical illusion.
