I got it running last night too. I just had to wait a bit and it would start right up and run up to to speed too. Definately getting the motor wet was the problem. I was running WAY too much weight.Originally posted by thtrog View Post

My 8 year old doesn't need any ballast right now anyway - although we were surfing yesterday. I did remove all the lead and I'm going to run only the V-drive sacs (400# each) in each locker and a 750lbs'r on the port seat for surfing from now on. No more over weighting!
