Taking the boat? Lots of nice lakes down there, and don't worry about the gators, I never had a problem with them.

No I don't think we'll haul the boat. We're going to Surf Expo and Benj will ride cable at OWC.

Also don't forget to stop in at performance ski & surf on Orange Blossom Trail. I bought my first kneeboard there (HO Joker) and all of my wake boards from my Neptune 6 to my current Ronix.

We always go to Performance when we're there...get to talk to Cathy Williams too.

Snagged a little extra left over ballast this morning from work

These little lead bricks are about 35lbs each.

But I don't really. Well the lead isn't related to the stereo install, but I can't do much for that while at work, so.... awe forget about it

Oh, I have a serious question though. So when I mount my amp rack in the boat, I want to attach it to the port side hull. Obviously I can't just screw right into the fiberglass, so I assume I need to glass a piece of wood backing to the hull to screw into.
Do I need to actually glass it in, or can I just use the resin without a sheet of glass? Will it hold onto the wood well enough?

Hrm, okay... so I can just use liquid nails? Slap some on the wood and press to the fiberglass as stated in this thread?
