Taking the boat? Lots of nice lakes down there, and don't worry about the gators, I never had a problem with them.

Also don't forget to stop in at performance ski & surf on Orange Blossom Trail. I bought my first kneeboard there (HO Joker) and all of my wake boards from my Neptune 6 to my current Ronix.
