Hell, I bought mine in territory (gotta help the dealer stay in biz...), and then he went and sold his business to a schlep that doesn't know the first thing about customer service. Literally, I have heard four people already vow to never, ever, take their boat back to this guy due to their experiences.

neb20v has a problem with his boat, and he plans to begin trying to fix it in the spring? I think I would much rather fix it now so it is ready come spring. Why wait? What if the solution doesn't work? Then you are just pissed off in the spring because your boat is unusable. Different strokes, I guess...Comment
