Me too. Apple support. My iMac in my office is making a loud fan noise. He couldn't fix it (not a very good geek). I have to take it in tomorrow to the apple store.

The guy online I chatted with couldnt do anything but just confirm that yes I should have a full copy and that I should have had a card in the box with the key. He said that if I would have had geek squad set the computer up for me I would have gotten it. So hopefully its as simple as walking up and them typing in the key, like he told it should.

That's a PITA. Good luck with that.

Not looking forward to lugging my iMac (24" screen) into the apple store...which is in one of the local malls. I think I'll back it up tomorrow before I go.

Im not sure if we have an apple store in STL. Its probably out in west county if we do...
