I think that the beginning of the work week should be rescheduled for a different day. Like Tuesdays. End of the work week should stay at Friday, however.

I was on a job once that worked 4- tens, back to back. So, 8-tens in a row, but then 6 days off. I liked that schedule.

I worked 3-12s back to back, got paid for 40 hours a week, then we had 6 days off. I really like that schedule too. Its all about the maximum number of days off in a row
