Finally got a call back yesterday from the shop. He said that he finally found a local canvas place that will fabricate the support poles since, according to him, the ones sent by the factory won't work.

After he hung up, I realized that he never had our boat after the previous ones came in. He just said they were the wrong parts, so I had assumed that they tried to order just a couple of pieces which were wrong. But Tige shipped a whole new frame. So how does he know that it was incorrect without trying it on our boat? I think I need to go pay him a visit today to talk about it. This is ridiculously frustrating.
