Morning all. My little boy is doing great and gonna get to go home today. I think we dodged a bullet. Thinks for all the prayers.

Adam...did they make him drink that charcoal concoction? My oldest son drank a whole bottle of benedryl when he was two or three...you know the grape flavored stuff. We were in Orange Beach Alabama. We rushed him to the ER. They made him drink this nasty black charcoal solution...it was nasty. I will say...since then he's never drank anything he's not supposed to...learned his lesson.

No. They said is was too late for that. They didn't take him to the hospital right away because they didn't think he had taken any of the pills. He just came to my dad with the pill bottle and said Nana's pills, but he said he didn't take any. By the time he started acting sleepy and vomiting his body had already absorbed the medicine. Right now he is throwing a fit because he can't get out of bed. So I would say is feeling pretty good.

Big scare...I know. Hopefully he learned a lesson and will stay out of the medicine cabinet... Glad all is well. Prayer works...IMHO...

Our plans changed a bit...we won't be coming down until Sunday...and not on the lake until Monday. I'd like to say it was because of scheduling conflicts, but really it's because I'm still upset about that weekend you spent with Eddie
