I'll give the quick version...gotta head out to a lunch meeting....

Lake Home: We bought a lot and picked the house we wanted the developer to build back in Sept of last year (this is in a lake front development on norris lake...google "willows twin cove"). Contract stated home would be finished late December....but they are still not finished. It's a debacle. The first contractor went broke and all subs walked off the job a week before memorial day. House sat with no activity for a month while the developer got another contractor to pick up the pieces and finish the house. Found out another guy bought his last may and just moved in. We're pissed. It's a mess. We've even talked to an attorney because of some stuff I won't get into on here. Anyway, that's the 2 minute version.

Love the new iPhone Haven't tried the video calling yet though...

I am getting ready to do a road trip to get a boat..... A friend went sailing with me twice recently and so yesterday, he decided to go buy a sailboat.....

Nut case.... Oh well, he is joining the "windy" bunch.... And I like it. there used to be a good group of friends who allwent and sailed together, rafted up, partied, played pirates, potato cannons, etc... I miss those days, but if we can get a few more sailors in my friend circle, the Brethren of Redneck Pirates might rise to strike fear and terror on our inland waters again soon... We be rebuildin' the fleet boys, AAAAARGH!!!

Head our way...we've got a Prindle 15 that was in the water once last year.
