You could just replace the floor. And re-do every couple of years as the settlement continues.
We've almost completely gone to NDT there,
on the house everyone agreed we could tear out and replace the concrete and still have the chance it would heave, settle and crack again. The plan is to ensure there is separation from the footings and cassions/piers? And the floor and then use a self leveling blend on the floor.
