Idk Like I said, My contract started in January of this year but Im eligible for an upgrade on September of 2011... makes no sense...

well you can get a new phone every 2 years. with out signing another contract, or you can pay 18 bucks and sign another 2 year after a year. The way the att guys explained it to me.

it's all about the fine print zad.

a "full discount" means you don't have to pay 18 dollars and renew for 2 years.

if you have your phone for 2 years and don't upgrade you can go month to month and not have a contract, so if verizon came out with it you could jump ship for free.

it's the cost to get the phone at 18 bucks. IDK honestly. but if you look at when I can renew it it says after july 1 I can get the phone for another 2 year contract, 199 + 18 dollar fee.

oh the yes your correct. but did you have att before? if you did they shouldn't have made you sign a contract.
