Wife's friend mentioned last night that they have five other people coming out on our boat this weekend. My wife was a little annoyed that they didn't bother asking us about it.

I tried to dump the contrast, but it would not work. I tried fixing it too in my proccessing software, but no luck. The only way to get the dark areas where they could be seen was to turn the brightness way up, hence the super-bright TV

Got the TV hung out at the lake last night New barstools too. You can kind see the red glow under the bar...

Did you build the bar around that tree? Are you concerned about the tree moving in winds, or the tree growing larger in diameter?
