Knock on wood, we have this weird thing we call the Cimarron Split. Way too many times we will have a line of storms rolling across, with a big cell heading right towards us, and then mysteriously, out about 20 miles west of where my spot is at the lake, a hole will open up and we will get largely, if not totally missed. I have seen it way too many times to be coincidence. It doesn't always happen; we have had our fair share of hail here in the last two years, but lots of times it misses us. OKC is a darned storm magnet.... WAY more than any city I know.

We are an hour away from the big damage, but our collision damage repair places are backed up with work already; into July.

People needing windshields replaced are already hearing July or August as well.

Cincinnati got hammered by Katrina. Sustained 70+ mph winds took down trees, power lines, signs, etc. About 80% of the region lost power and over 50% was without for days, some even weeks.
