If that boat sits that far back and the rudder is exposed, there are all sorts of issues, deep valleys , speed bumps, other things..... it would be way easy to damage the rudder....

Further incriminating himself. Prop guard has been removed. Bolts lost their paint indicating removal. And a rust line on one of the pictures. Once you try bending it back into shape it aint gonna line up. Hence the rust line.

There is a reason why the rudder is aft of the guard.....cuz you bent it up dummy!!!!!

If the prop guard was bent straight up into the rudder there would only be marks to the very bottom of the rudder...if any at all.
