Regardless, if a boat company is not legally obligated to fix something under warranty (because they probably didn't pay to transfer at the time of sale), then I think the very worst thing you can do to get them to maybe fix it is to threaten legal action. Once you do that, the company will dig its heels in and just abide by their legal obligation...in this case, nothing.Comment
