I'm trying to buy some ruckus's, and there were 2 for sale. I made an offer, a bit low to try and get the price I wanted, and they didn't even counter. Same thing is happening on the cts-v's I'm looking at, hello at least make me a counter offer...

His prop guard looks warped and he tried to straighten it. Looks twisted but could be the picture.

My theory:

Probably backed into a curb stop or drove off a curb and bent the sommamabeech, pushing it into the rudder. To further cover up his mistake he put on his spare prop so we would'nt see the bent one.
