Well I dont think its the trailer at all.

Reason being its near impossible to hit the prop gaurd with your prop let alone your rudder. When you pull your boat on or off the rear is floating well above the gaurd and doesnt see any clearence like that until you pull it out.

But im thinking if he pulled a hard left, like he sorta says he did, that the hull would slide, with the momentum of the 5k lbs of matter and bend it towards the inside of the turn. Thats just my poorly explained logic.

I need to work on my surf wake this summer. This was just very first attempt at throwing an enzo sac in the corner. Then I need to get a surfboard.

I agree on a boat properly loaded on the correct trailer, something is wrong with that arrangement. Look at his pictures at how close the rudder is to the prop guard. It would not take too much of an upward strike to weaken the glass enough to fail on a hard turn at speed. Again we will never know the full story or all of the conditions of the day.
