Hah hah hah...

I got to read the new guidelines and restrictions for new long-term tennants out at our lake.

No deck bigger than 300 Sq. Ft. and no structure to be built closer than 25' to the shoreline. Mine is about 1,000 sq. ft. and overhangs the water. My property just became prime...

Oh, new spots have to share docks; 3 spots per dock. My place is in the old original development where each spot has its own dock...
