I need to start doing some work on my house... but need to save some $$ first.

Once my wife has a thought in her head their's no turning back. Its not a major project but its still more work for me. All new granite countertops, a new sink and maybe a new cooktop.

well that's cool too. My ex was the same way. But she did help me decorate my house... Things are getting better with her too (Least I think they are)

We did that last year with all new appliances also

We really dont need new appliances since our house is only 5 years old. When we built it we put regular countertops in knowing that some day we would upgrade. I guess its some day is now.

I thought the same thing but apparently the cut off date for appliances is 6 years
