reason #1 why I don't have att for my phone, home, or anything else for that matter. Their customer support is terrible.

I switched a few years ago from Verizon to ATT for the iPhone. I still think the phone is worth it, but Verizon has a better network in my neck of the woods...

You might get your wish with the iPhone and Verizon. Rumor has it that the phone will be coming sometime between now and the end of the year. But again, it's a rumor. Then there is the iPhone 4.0 conference this Thursday. The invitations have a shadowed upsidedown 4 that looks to be like a V. I wonder if they are going to announce it this Thursday.
