I wish...She only stops crying when you pick her up. I tried to let her cry herself to sleep last night...2 hours later she was still crying & I had a headache

I hear ya with the baby. Luckily, ours started sleeping through the night at about 6 weeks. So, it will get better. Eventually

And, my mother came down (without our requesting it) when they were a couple months old. What a relief when she left again

That was probably due to Nic Weinacker sleeping on the seat. I think he had a much better sleep in our boat than I did with two kids in a tent.
