Chp provided some upgrades for me this winter. I got a new prop and another underwater LED (to match the factory one).
I also installed an FAE, the SeaDek pad on my swim platform and replaced one of my board racks with a samson surf/surf rack.
I'm still trying to decide if I want to upsize my fly highs. I have the factory ballast and had my dealer add additional ballast (plumbed/wired in) last summer (two 455# sacs). Chp has some custom sacs that are around 575# each...gotta decide when to stop the bleeding...Comment

Ugh...work is no funno right now. If we get this one job (which looks likely), we will be shipping off a significant amount of our management capability up to WA to staff it. Two folks in particular, who manage: our department, our lab, our quality system manual, our certifications and accreditations, and account for 40% of our project management. And we have no plans to replace the personnel, we'll just be taking on those duties among the remaining PM's. We hear the news on April 2, and, if we get it, they will instantly be focused 100% on that. Either way, we're in for a rough go...if we don't get that job, we will be facing more significant layoffs very soon.
