My on health care...it would be far better to have tort reform (results in doctors performing ridiculous tests just to avoid any potential lawsuit, driving up costs) and allow interstate health insurance policies. I think those two changes would result in decreasing prices, rather than "universal coverage".

Oh, and enforcing immigration laws would also help greatly.
