Safety regulations will only continue to become more restrictive, so you should have some great job security...assuming you can be a hard-a$$ when you need to be...

Ignorance.... That is all it takes to hurt someone...

Seems a lot of safety guys get stuck with the title just for their company compliance. Very few actually care about it. Hence why people get hurt.

It took us quite a while to find the right guy. Our current safety director is great. He has a passion for it.
