Well I think they are doing these recalls just to keep their customers and potential buyers. You dont want to be a company that doesnt stand behind their product.

I have no doubt there is an issue with the pedal sticking either with the floormat or by itself. Toyota knows it too, hence the recall.

But the media sensationalizes this to an extremely excessive point. People think their car is going to turn into a rocket. Which is not the case. I dont know of any vehicle which the brakes will not overcome vehicle acceration, even at WOT.

This concept is being clearly explained in the Japanese press, but is being ignored in the domestic press.

BU dominated the NE Atlanta area at Lanier Lake. The Lake keeps droppping and I'm wondering what's happening over there with boat sales??

When we were there at T-giving, Lanier had recovered to almost full-pond. Hartwell was over full in January. First time in 10 years I believe.
