So tell me why the professional camcorders are only 2MP where the 7D is 19MP and why I'm putting too my into MP?

For video it's all about the speed of the lense and the buffer/writing capacity of the computer. They throw in MP to lure average consumers but you want to get one with a wide aperture and fast processor. If you can afford one with interchangeable lenses that is way better than more MP.
