Water temp in Lake Mead is reported as 65 deg. Hopefully my thin shorty wetsuit will keep me warm enough tomorrow.

Ugh. Lake Mead is so low, the launch ramps suck. The two closest ramps (8 lanes each) are at 5% and 7% grade. Talk about having to back waaaay into the water to float the boat

There is one ramp that was just improved, and is 10% grade, but it is an extra 1/2 hour away, it gets all the traffic from the north side of town, and it only has 4 lanes.
