I had a 5 blade SS prop on my stern drive and it helped get the boat out of the water much faster than the stock 3 blade aluminum. Obviously it did not help the top end speed. The boat only had 200hp but I was able to get 300 lb guys up on wakeboards with it, and a boat full of people. 5 blades work, it's like big knobby snow tires digging in for better traction. If I need to re-prop after my ballast install I'll be looking at them.
No matter what prop you get you want to try to get in the recommended rpm range for the engine, this is why you need to re-prop at higher altitudes.2009 RZ2, PCM 343, MLA Surf Ballast, Premium Sound.

Ah gotcha Ewok!
So this is why i love WWS. I sent Nick a text asking about prop options. Before we even did the demo he called Acme and explained what boat, engine and weight set ups we would be testing/buying. They told him the 1433 was the prop we wanted for said application. So we are all set up for the 1433 when the boat arrives!
