People have too much money! 2 Rev 410's and 3 pairs of Rev 10's!?!?! That's an easy $4k in just tower speakers.

I'm pretty sure those are 485s. Still that's a ton of speakers and money.

Oh yeah, upon further inspection they do appear to be 485's.

Just excessive in my humble opinion. Much less he has forward facing horns!

I placeth my hand upon the fore of my head...
          Waiting for another good one!

I just deleted my comment all together from the more power thread. I think I basically just described the stock setup.

I need to figure out what prop I want for our boat.

Yes I did. Bought it from Dave Smith up in Idaho with 0% financing and added in the cost of sales tax to the loan. When I registered it here in NV I had a check for the state already made out.

I'm leaning towards the 1235. Can you give me your thoughts on the 1433? We had the 1235 on the axis so I'm familiar with it. Pro ballast and the 343 engine will be our set up.

You would know about the 1433 better than me, that boat you drove had the 1433. I'm still running the stock 537! I heard the 1235 gives you more top end.

Haha I see. I don't need top end I need to push weight. Our axis did about 43mph with the 1235. It was plenty fast. I want good hole shot and to plane as quickly as possible.

I've heard of states not charging much for tax up front so they can charge and arm + leg for registration down the road. That sucks that they charge sales tax and then ridiculous registration after that.

You can have the first 70 mph Tige

Holeshot might be a tad slow...

Lol dingle! I don't want to do 70. I'd like the boat to still plane out if I decide to get crazy one day and throw an extra 1-2k of weight in the boat.

WA has no state income tax but charges 8.9% on everything. I tried to register my boat there, after I've owned it a year, but they wanted to charge me the difference in the original sales tax I paid, which was 6%, so they wanted me to pay 2.9% of the sale price to register in WA. The nice girl at the counter also knew I was military and told me I could register in PA, where I am a legal resident, so I didn't have to pay a few grand in reg fee.
