The shop called and said part of my Taps actuator needs to be replaced which is why it is leaking.

Which part? I thought it was all one assembly.

I thought it was 3 pieces, top, center, and bottom. He said it was the top part. I told him Bennett warranties them for 5 years and he said if you want to deal with Bennett for a $50 part your boat is ready.

He knows me well enough to know the $50 wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with Bennett even if they would have warrantied it but he was happy to make the call.

Certainly not the Tige dealer. I quit going there when winterizing was $450. I have been using the same shop for a couple years. I bet he works on more Tige's than the dealer does as the original dealer was just down the hill for 14 years. The lake my boat is on has probably 50 Tige's

Long day.I had my new assistant start today.Tool show this afternoon also.So we worked from 7:30 AM TO 8:30 PM. Late dinner but had a diet dew and i'm ready to go!

She said "man that was a long day". I said we will only work till 6:00 tomorrow.Then check in our stock order.So i probably won't be posting as much while i show her the ropes.
