That is hydraulic, right? The EMF from the solenoid field coil energizing and collapsing is the culprit. The fix is a pair of non-polar electrolytic capacitors, (AKA Bass Blockers, available at many car stereo shops) installed on the TAPS control wiring up near the TAPS switch. If they follow ABYC convention, these wires will be white with green stripe and white with blue stripe. Connect the capacitors to each of these wires with one lead, and conect the other lead of the capacitor to ground. Voila, no more popping.
