[Sheldon] HI Brian. I placed an order on 4/20/12. When I spoke with a gentleman on the phone, he mentioned that he was going to upgrade to overnight shipping for me. I see the order still says "picking" on the website. Can you clarify the order status for me? Order number is xxxxxx

The only information I am able to pull up is that your order is in the process of getting picked. This means it hasn’t been shipped as of this date & time. You should receive a conformation email with a tracking number when it changes to shipped status.
[Sheldon] Any idea how long it should take to pick?

Well the phone call wasn't so bad. She actually had some answers for me. The pump wasn't in stock in any of the warehouses so they had to order it from the manufacturer...
I wish I knew that before I ordered it. I would have shopped elsewhere to get it sooner...Waiting for another good one!
