I was up in Loveland close to Boyd lake and they have a neighborhood that has some nice homes on a lake. Would be dang nice.

I pay $120 per month to store my boat now and have to trailer and deal with the launch and all the clowns. The spot at the lake on a lift is $145. Seems like a no brainer to me.

I was thinking surf board. We have two wake boards that are over 10 years old. If he wants to get into it, he can show me his interest on one of those boards.
