Regardless, if a boat company is not legally obligated to fix something under warranty (because they probably didn't pay to transfer at the time of sale), then I think the very worst thing you can do to get them to maybe fix it is to threaten legal action. Once you do that, the company will dig its heels in and just abide by their legal obligation...in this case, nothing.

Probably backed into a curb stop or drove off a curb and bent the sommamabeech, pushing it into the rudder. To further cover up his mistake he put on his spare prop so we would'nt see the bent one.
