Phil, what fills your lake? Just rain runoff or are you on a river drainage?

I am on the same lake as Phil and the lake is filled by runoff. There is no river but there are a few water sheds and flood control areas up stream. We are this low because of the drought and because the university used the water for the campus and thier golf course. And that's another story in itself.
