I looked at the Mac Desktops this weekend, I thinking about getting one for the wife, don't know if I'll get the 21" or the 27" yet. I think the big one was 27" anyway

That 27" is awesome! Bestbuy has the best price but don't buy their warranty, get the Applecare warranty after you buy it. Also, check the refurbished section of the Apple Store as there are some decent prices in there too. You can get a 27" for the price of a 21" kind of deal. I have a Macbook Pro 15" for work and it's really nice and very durable. Macs with the same hardware specs as a PC feel way faster.

Went and did some marking getting ready to cut.

skippa where I had to add 2 wires in one terminal I used the next size up. Worked just fine. It will say on the package for 10ga. or 2 12ga. I believe.

That was my plan but I could only find the 12 ga insulated at Radio Shack and they weren't cheap. I don't recall seeing any 10 gauge. I will be hunting tomorrow and might have to do some heat shrinking.

Dr, if your down this way you might check out Microcenter. Just curious, what is the reasoning for a Desktop versus a laptop. I didn't ever think I would say it but it seems that laptops are more the way to go. Unless your never going to move it and you need a BIG screen and don't want to dock. I haven't priced them lately but would guess the mac book is more.
