Now if I can just figure out the dang tension pulley on the car. Instructions say clockwise but it doesn't budge. I feel like I am going to break it.

I had a heck of a time tighten one of the pumps. I hope that it is good enough.

Sometimes they are well tensioned.

Meaning to keep pulling? I have a 15mm on it with a 1" pipe that is 18" long. Do I need to hit it with PB Blaster?
